My Place

Everybody has a place where they can go when there mad, stressed, need to relax, just wanna read a book, or they want to be alone. I will not tell you where my place is but I will tell you about it. I love my place cause of the way grass feels between my toes, the rustle of the trees when the wind gently blows, the way the flowers and grass shakes gracfully well the wind blows, and all you have to do is look up at the sky & clouds and your in a whole nother world, the way that if yoou just close your eyes and listen you can hear the birds cheerful song. you have to love everything about your place or it's not even you place. please post comment about your place below and make sure you don't say where your place is cause then iits not a secret anymore.

Thomas Edison

He was the genius we all loved and knew. He was so smart that he worked himself a little to hard. But he did it with the most positive attitude. Sound familiar? Well if it didn’t maybe you need to brush up on your history! Thomas Edison the genius! even though he died in1931 he managed to invent a whole lot like the light bulb, phonograph, motion picture camera, telegraph, telephone, and the typewriter. For Thomas there was no retirement plan just to invent more and more. Except his death in 1931 at the age of 84. later in his life he became deaf. But he wouldn’t let that get in his way he just invented more. And that was clearly a delightful surprise.

Paperclips

A paperclip is something so simple yet so useful. And is as unique as a staple only better much better. Paperclips are so cool. And there easy to attach and to remove. I hope you always choose paperclips over staples every time you need them.

Unexpected Love

This is the love story of my parents. It all started in high school where they both went. My father was into drugs and alcohol. My mother knew who he was but not who he was on the inside. After high school, my dad went off to the Air Force, then engineering college. My mom went to a Catholic College, then off to live in Switzerland and then traveled the world looking for Mr. Right. She prayed to God, “can you bring me a man?” He answered her saying, “don't worry it's someone you know.” Over and over again she prayed this prayer but always got the same response. So finally, in desperation, she decided to end it all. She grabbed a bottle of booze and some strong pills, and once more prayed and got the same response and then god put her to sleep. Later, they each decided on their own to go to their 10 year high school reunion, where they met again. Dad was a little crazy for Mom, like following her into the bathroom, the Ladies Bathroom to get her number! I know you're probably thinking, “Awww, He was lovesick!” Well, we're not so sure, he just might have been a little crazy, not thinking right or even a little drunk, nobody knows. They started dating, and he quit drugs and alcohol, and then they got married. Three years later, they both became Christians. And that is the story of unexpected love!
